Great! you wouldn’t really be able to tell from the advertised picture but it does need to be plugged in to use and it doesn’t fold like it looks like in the picture where she’s putting it in the couch. I took a star off for lowkey false advertising. It also doesn’t incline if you’re looking for that I know some do. It’s plane Jane and goes up to 3.8

Absolutely love this walking pad! I actually bought one a couple months back and it had an issue. The customer service was 10/10. They sent me a replacement super quick!

I heard a noise the other night I was doing my regular routine exercise I stopped because I was on it for an hour or so I’m not sure if it already needed me to put lubricate in it but I‘m watching closely for any inconvenience. But so far so good.

TL;DR - After Support helped with an issue we had involving two of these machines, both activating on either remote, we love these items. Hopefully it stays fixed!
Unboxing was easy overall. It‘s a little lopsided due to the motor being a little heavier...so if your delivery driver sets it sideways, be aware. :)

installing is super quick....set it where you want it, plug it in, and off you go!

If you have a long stride or a wide gait, this is not for you. i'm 5'10 and there are times i have to shorten my stride a little bit (i'm a quick walker with long strides) because my toes hit the housing at the front end of the treadmill. It's not a big deal for me, but i'd assume people who are 6'2 or above might struggle a bit on this. And if your walking stance is wide, you will catch your foot on the edge of the belt and under-pad, or even the side frame.

moving this is super easy, and is very handy to have the wheels on the front. you're not fighting carpet with rubber feet that some machines have.

Here's where things get tricky. We ordered two of these about a month apart from each other.

When my treadmill arrived (a month after my wife was using hers) the very first day i started it up to get moving.....and my wife's treadmill (about 60 feet and 3 rooms away to the opposite side of the house) started to run up on her, unknowingly. Yes...my remote from my office, activated both my treadmill and her treadmill at the same time. This was obviously a problem!!

I contacted support who replied pretty quickly (within a couple hours max). I will admit i was frustrated trying to explain that both treadmills and remotes are on the same frequency and needed to be re-synched to avoid activating both treadmills with either remote. Many email attempts to explain and quite a few hours later, I had to send them a video of the situation. Sadly, email isn't forgiving for a video with decent quality on size of files....so youtube it is!.

They got the video and sent me one in return on how to fix it......and it WORKED! I'll put the instructions in text below for anyone else who may need them someday.

All in all, the inconvenience of getting the necessary help aside, this treadmill is great and the seller is very responsive!

If you have two of these in the same area, here's how to fix it:
- Power both machines off with the power switch
- Hold the play button on remote 1 and power on the machine. After the first beep on power up, wait a little while longer, and you'll hear the 2nd beep. (if the treadmill starts to move, the process didn't work, so power it off and try again).
- once that devices beeps, repeat these exact same steps on the 2nd treadmill with the 2nd remote.
-- you can leave treadmill 1 on, while working treadmill 2.
- once the 2nd treadmill is configured, test each remote with the opposite treadmill, and you'll find it works!

Love this product use it daily while I’m working.
